DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (EN)

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between:

Buyer:

The person placing an order through www.khanandhide.com (“Buyer”).

2. Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.

3. Product & Order Information

Product type, model, color, quantity, price, and payment details are as specified at the time of order.

The Buyer accepts and confirms these details.

4. Production & Delivery Time

All products are made to order and specially produced upon purchase.

Orders are shipped within 7–14 business days, including production time.

Delivery duration may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via secure payment systems available on the website.

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the payment obligation.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products.

Therefore, returns are not accepted for Khan & Hide products.

7. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and unused

• All original tags must remain attached

• Product must be returned undamaged

• Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Exchange shipping costs belong to the Buyer unless the item is defective.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the Buyer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must contact the Seller within 48 hours of delivery.

After inspection, exchange will be provided free of charge.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

10. Enforcement

By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
