All Khan & Hide pieces are made-to-order.

Your order will be shipped within 7–14 business days after production is completed.

2- Why is there a production time?

We operate with a controlled, small-batch production model. Each piece is crafted specifically for your order to ensure precision, quality, and craftsmanship standards.

3- Can I return or exchange my item?

As all items are made-to-order, returns are not accepted.

However, size exchanges are available for unused and undamaged items.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in its original packaging

4- Are your products made of genuine leather?

Yes. All pieces are crafted from genuine leather. We do not use synthetic materials.

5- Do you ship internationally?
