Production & Shipping Time

All of our products are made to order and specially produced upon purchase.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items and production volume, orders are prepared and shipped within 7–14 business days from the order date.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and courier operations.

Return Policy

As all products are made to order and specially produced, returns are not accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn and unused
• All original tags must remain attached
• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is defective or incorrect, shipping costs will be covered by our brand.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

After review, a replacement or exchange will be arranged at no additional cost.
